Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of businesses from start-ups like Scotland's Bravest Manufacturing Company to well establised brands like RBLI and St Andrew's First Aid. Leading through the challenges of the Covid era, navigating scaling opportunites, and driving turn-around through improved performance and cultural change have been some of the defining moments of my career.
